Follow these steps to redeem and activate your Norton Security Deluxe Multi-Device 2017 subscription on Windows, macOS, Android, or iOS.


Step 1: Create or log in to Your Norton Account

  1. Visit the Norton activation page: https://www.norton.com/setup
  2. Sign in with your Norton account. 
    • If you don’t have an account, click Sign Up and create one using your email address.


Step 2: Redeem Your Norton Security Deluxe Subscription Code

  1. Once logged in, go to the Enter a Product Key section.
  2. Enter your 25-character Norton Security Deluxe 2017 subscription code (found on your product card or email confirmation).
  3. Click Next or Activate.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to link the subscription to your Norton account.


Step 3: Download and Install Norton Security Deluxe

For Windows and macOS:

  1. After activation, go to your Norton account dashboard.
  2. Click Download under Norton Security Deluxe.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the software.
  4. Once installed, open Norton Security Deluxe and log in.

For Android and iOS:

  1. Download Norton Security & Antivirus from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
  2. Open the app and log in with your Norton account.
  3. Your subscription should be automatically recognized.


Step 4: Activate Norton Security Deluxe on Multiple Devices

  1. Sign in to your Norton account on the device you want to protect.
  2. Click Download Norton and select Install on Another Device.
  3. Send the download link to the device via email or SMS.
  4. Open the email/SMS on the other device and follow the link to install Norton Security Deluxe.
  5. Log in with your Norton account and complete activation.

✅ Your Norton Security Deluxe is now activated and ready to protect all your devices!


Troubleshooting Activation Issues

  • Ensure you entered the subscription code correctly (check for typos or extra spaces).
  • Verify that your subscription code is valid and not expired.
  • Make sure you have an active internet connection during activation.
  • Restart your device and try activating again.
