Step 1: Check System Requirements

Before proceeding, ensure your PC meets the system requirements:

  • OS: Windows 10 or Windows 11
  • Processor: 1.6 GHz, dual-core processor
  • RAM: 4 GB (2 GB for 32-bit)
  • Storage: 4 GB available disk space
  • Display: 1280 × 768 resolution


Step 2: Download Microsoft Office Home and Student 2019

  1. Go to the official Microsoft Office setup page:
    ? https://setup.office.com
  2. Sign in with your Microsoft account
    • If you don’t have one, create a free account.
  3. Enter your product key (25-character code found on your purchase receipt or product card).
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to associate Office with your account.
  5. Click Download and select the correct version for your PC.


Step 3: Install Microsoft Office Home and Student 2019

  1. Open the downloaded setup file (OfficeSetup.exe).
  2. Click Yes if prompted by User Account Control (UAC).
  3. Office will start installing in the background. Wait for the installation to complete.
  4. Once finished, click Close.


Step 4: Activate Microsoft Office Home and Student 2019

  1. Open any Office application (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  2. Click Sign In and enter the Microsoft account used during setup.
  3. Office will automatically detect and activate the license.
  4. If prompted, enter your product key and follow the on-screen instructions.

Activation Complete! You can now start using Microsoft Office Home and Student 2019.

  • Ensure you're using the correct Microsoft account linked to your product.
  • Check if your internet connection is stable.
  • If activation fails, go to Settings > Update & Security > Activation and try again.
