Option 1: Redeem via the Bitnovo Website

  1. Access the Redemption Page: Visit the Bitnovo Gift Card Redemption Page. 
  2. Select Your Cryptocurrency: Choose the cryptocurrency you wish to receive from the available options.
  3. Enter Your Wallet Address: Provide the wallet address where you want the cryptocurrency to be sent. Ensure this address is compatible with the selected cryptocurrency and is under your exclusive control.
  4. Input the Gift Card Code: Enter the code found on your Bitnovo gift card.
  5. Confirm the Transaction: Review all details and confirm the transaction. You will receive an order confirmation via email, including a link to track your transaction in real-time.


Option 2: Redeem via the Bitnovo Mobile App

  1. Download and Install the App: Download the Bitnovo app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
  2. Log In or Create an Account: Open the app and log in with your credentials. If you're new, select "Create account" and follow the registration instructions.
  3. Navigate to the "Giftcards" Section: Tap on the "Giftcards" button located at the bottom of the main screen.
