You can redeem a DoorDash Gift Card through the DoorDash website or the DoorDash mobile app.


Method 1: Redeem via DoorDash App (Recommended)

  1. Open the DoorDash app on your phone.
  2. Log in to your DoorDash account (or create one if you're new).
  3. Tap on the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner.
  4. Select "Gift Card" or "Credits and Gift Cards".
  5. Enter your gift card code and tap "Redeem".
  6. The gift card balance will be added to your DoorDash account credit.
  7. Use it at checkout to pay for orders.


Method 2: Redeem via DoorDash Website

  1. Go to DoorDash.com and log in to your account.
  2. Click on your profile icon (top-right corner).
  3. Select "Payments" or "Gift Cards".
  4. Enter your gift card code and click "Redeem".
  5. The amount will be added to your DoorDash balance for future orders.


How to Use Your DoorDash Gift Card Balance

  • When placing an order, your gift card balance will be automatically applied.
  • If your order total exceeds your gift card balance, you can pay the remaining amount using another payment method.


How to Check Your DoorDash Gift Card Balance


Important Notes:

  • DoorDash Gift Cards do not expire and can be used for multiple orders until the balance is empty.
  • Gift cards can only be used for food orders (not for DashPass subscriptions or cash withdrawals).
