You can redeem your Guild Wars 2 Gem Card in-game or via the Guild Wars 2 website.

Method 1: Redeem In-Game (Recommended)

1. Launch Guild Wars 2 and log in to your account.
2. Open the Black Lion Trading Company ([ icon at the top-left ] or press [O]).
3. Click on the "Redeem Code" button at the bottom left.
4. Select "Redeem Gem Code".
5. Enter your 25-character Gem Card code and click "Submit".
6. Your Gems will be added to your account.

Method 2: Redeem via Guild Wars 2 Website

1. Go to account.arena.net.
2. Log in with your Guild Wars 2 account.
3. Click "Redeem Code" (left-hand menu).
4. Enter your Gem Card code and confirm.
5. Your Gems will be credited to your account.

Important Notes:

• Gem Card codes are different from serial codes (which unlock expansions).
