Redeeming via App or Website: You can redeem your Xbox Live code through the Xbox app, the Microsoft Store website, or directly on your Xbox console by selecting "Redeem a code" under your profile.

Code Issues: If your Xbox Live code isn’t working, double-check for typing errors, verify the code hasn't already been used, and ensure it matches your region’s requirements.

Finding the Code Entry Option: On the Microsoft Store, go to your account menu and select "Redeem Code" to enter your Xbox Live subscription code.

Wrong Account Redemption: If you redeemed the code on the wrong account, contact Xbox Support as soon as possible to transfer or resolve the issue.
