Under your account panel, click "Redeem Prepaid Card

Entering Code: Go to the PlayStation Store on your PS5/PS4 console, select "Redeem Codes" under your profile, and enter the gift card code.

Code Issues: If your PlayStation gift card code isn’t working, ensure it's entered correctly, confirm it hasn’t been used already, and check for region restrictions.

Redeeming via Mobile or Web: You can redeem a PSN gift card through both the PlayStation mobile app and the PlayStation website by selecting "Redeem Codes" in your account settings.

Wrong Code Entry: If you entered the wrong code, simply try again with the correct code. If issues persist, contact our Customer Support for help.
